Shipping policy

We ship from Accra, Ghana, to destinations both locally and internationally, including the USA, UK, EU, and select African countries. If your location isn’t available at checkout, please email us at info@subwae.com.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the day you receive shipment confirmation.

Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Estimated delivery times are 1–2 business days within Ghana, 3–5 business days across West Africa and international orders via DHL express.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or courier issues, but we’re here to help please contact info@subwae.com for support if your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged. All shipments include tracking, and we recommend monitoring your parcel’s progress to stay informed.
