Refund policy
At SUBWAE, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase. All items are thoroughly quality-checked before shipping. Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of many of our products, we currently do not offer refunds, but we do accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service. To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@subwae.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once your return is approved and received, we will issue store credit or process your exchange.
Please note that sale items, discounted pieces, custom orders, and intimate wear are final sale and cannot be returned. SUBWAE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
